Do I need to make a daycare reservation?Nope! You are welcome to drop off and pick up your pup for daycare anytime without prior notice, we are happily a drop-in facility.

What time is check-in and check-out?You are welcome to drop your pup off anytime during business hours, as well as pick them up.

What are your daycare/boarding requirements?•Completed online registration form (https://playandchasedogcare.gingrapp.com/front_end/login/email) •Veterinarian proof (emailed or printed) of vaccination for Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella. •Pups must be at least 4 months of age. •Pups must me spayed or neutered, unless 7 months of age. If you are on a plan for spay or neuter we will consider dogs outside of this age limit on a case by case basis. Please call for more info (503) 246-3647. •Effective form of flea control. •We require a 2 hour evaluation prior to attending daycare or coming to board. Please call to schedule your evaluation. Evaluations are at no cost.

Do I bring my own dog food?Yes, can feed them a lunch if you bring food for your dog/cat. We ask that you bring food for your dog while they stay with us. However, we are happy to provide our own grain free house food at a charge of $3.00 per meal if you need.

Will you give my dogs their medication?Absolutely. We are experienced in administering all types of medications, including subcutaneous insulin injections, transdermal swipes, eye drops, ear drops and pills. We also have pill pockets available for $1.00. Some medication administration may come with a small fee, please call for more questions.

Do you have special holiday rates?Yes, we have peak pricing dates, as listed below. All dates listed have an additional $7.00 per dog/cat, per night. 1/1–1/3 3/10–3/20 5/25–5/28 7/1–7/8 8/31–9/3 11/20–11/28 12/20–1/3

Do you require a deposit?For any peak pricing dates we require a 20% non-refundable deposit due at the time of scheduling.

What time do I need to pick my dog/cat up on the last day of their board?The standard boarding cost includes anything up until 10am of the day of pick up. You are still welcome to pick up after 10am, however we do assess daycare charges starting after 10am. The daycare rate is slightly reduced on this day, and it will be based on your pick up time. Do you have a cancellation policy?We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance of any boarding reservation cancellations that are not during peak dates. If you cancel any peak date boarding reservation, regardless of advance notice, the deposit is still non-refundable.

Is your boarding facility safe?Our facility has a 12 camera security system that covers every area/room of the building, which allows ownership/staff to monitor remotely, in tandem with room attendants who are monitoring them in each of our 3 playrooms. Our building also has outside camera monitoring, as well as a smoke detection system with sprinklers and alarm system that alerts police and fire departments in the event of an emergency.

Will my dog be playing with dogs that are much bigger/smaller than him/her?Our building is over 4000 sq. ft. and we have 3 large playrooms, which really allows us to curate rooms based on the dogs coming that day. We separate by size and temperament and have attendants in the room making sure that the dogs selected for that room are happy and comfortable.

What if I have a nervous/shy/aggressive dog?We are able to offer secluded boarding for dogs that are not able to board with others. However, we have a limited capacity for this and would advise calling in advance to reserve one of these rooms.

How can I check in on my dog during their stay?We are happy to send updates and photos by request, please send us a message on our portal, or call directly and we will get an update out to you happily. If for any reason we have any questions or concerns, we would reach out immediately. You can rest assured, your pups in good hands.
